Our actions are aligned with the United National Sustainable Development Goals. So we are aligned by caring for People through training and we care for our Planet through the management of the Carbon Footprint. Camella Bailey
Camella is passionate about people and the environment.
She strongly believes in creating a platform for others to be productively nurtured in the workplace. Her leadership mantra is, ’to be ‘intentional about taking others to a higher place of results and excellence in customer satisfaction’. She has 20 years of global experience in service delivery, operations management, and project management.
She has an Associate Degree in Business Management from the University College of the Commonwealth, Jamaica (2006). A Master of Science Degree in Management and International Business with Distinction from Birmingham City University, England (2007), and a Master of Science Degree in Renewable Energy and Environmental Modelling with Distinction from the University of Dundee, Scotland (2015). Her studies at the University of Dundee ignited her desire to focus on sustainability management and now drives changes in areas of people development and Carbon Footprint management. Camella is a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) - Certified Sustainability Professional.

Growth and sustainability can never happen by mere chance, it is the intentional result of many forces working together. That is why Dr. Janice embraces the mantra of Building People and Changing Lives.
She is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Trainer, Coach, and Speaker. Business Strategist and Leadership Consultant with over 28 years progressively working in the banking and financial sector in Jamaica and the United States. She holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Liverpool, England, and a Doctoral Degree in Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Georgia, United States.
She is the Founder of Go Higher Platform, a learning and training platform that hosts programs weekly on Tuesdays at 8 pm EST. Dr. Brooks is actively involved in online and face-to-face, mentorship, coaching, facilitation, and training both for individuals and corporate groups in the areas of leadership, customer service, and personal development and growth.
Dr. Brooks is a 2021 recipient of the United States Presidential Lifetime Award for volunteer service, an award that was achieved through her quest to consistently advance education.
